Fresh mushrooms constitute the majority of Monterey’s marketing and sales. Its full line of fresh mushrooms include the popular Clean N Ready™, White Domestic bulk and prepackages; Specialty mushrooms such as Portabella, Shiitake, Oyster, Baby Bella (Brown), Enoki, Portabellini® and Value-added mushroom packages such as Sliced, Stuffers, Fresh Marinated Portabellas and Dried Mushrooms.
