Ingredients

  • 4 Monterey® Grill-A-Bella® Caps, whole or 1” slices
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 4 buns of your choice
  • Burger toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill (or oven) to 375º F.
  2. Mix together all ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Grill (or bake) for 15 minutes or until cap is tender.
  4. Serve on toasted bun with your favorite burger toppings
