Monterey Mushrooms & Olive Oil Bruschetta

Preparation:
Heat 3 tablespoons
olive oil in large sauté pan; add quartered mushrooms and sauté for five
minutes. Add salt; cook three minutes longer and cool mixture. In large
mixing bowl combine basil, garlic, cheese and mushroom mixture. Add
olive oil and vinegar; adjust seasoning. Serve chilled with sliced
baguette or as a great addition to any salad or grilled fish. Enjoy!
