Ingredients:
Combine consommé,
mushrooms and celery in saucepan. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Remove
from heat. Stir in lemon juice and bitters. Pour into serving bowls and
chill at least 4 hours. Serve with dollop of sour cream. Garnish with
snipped parsley.
