Mushroom and Artichoke Casserole

An easy-to-make company casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) Monterey Clean N Ready® Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 packages (9 oz. each) frozen artichoke hearts, cooked according to
  • package directions and drained
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 3 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
     
 

Mushroom and Artichoke Casserole!

Preparation:

In large skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix well.

Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered in 350º F oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
