Bacon Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms

Wrapping bacon around pretty much anything is delicious - but bacon wrapped around enoki mushrooms is even better.

Enoki mushrooms may look strange at first, but their crunchy texture and mild taste make them the perfect mushroom to wrap with bacon.

Serve these with a little sliced cabbage and you're in for a real Asian-inspired treat.
