White, Baby Bella (a.k.a. Crimini), Portabella, Oyster, Organics
The highest percentage of our business is in Agaricus bisporus mushrooms which are white mushrooms, baby bellas, and portabellas. But we also sell specialty varieties such as oyster, shitake, king trumpet, maitake, white beech, brown beech, and enoki. The American Mushroom Institute and Monterey Mushrooms do not recommend foraging for wild mushrooms.
