If you think bigger is better, King Trumpet mushrooms are for you! Known to be the largest of the oyster mushroom species, King Trumpets are mild and slightly milky to taste, with savory notes that intensify when cooked.

It can be sautéed, grilled, braised, stewed, or broiled. Our favorite way to eat a King Trumpet is to marinated it in oil and spices for 20 minutes, then grill.
