Canned Mushrooms

Canned mushrooms make a great nutritious substitute for fresh mushrooms and can be used in any recipe that calls for fresh mushrooms.

Our canned mushrooms are ready to use for every application, saving you time and effort and adding a rich umami flavor to just about any dish. Canned mushroom nutrition matches fresh, with 0 grams of total fat and 0 mg of cholesterol. To reduce sodium, simply drain and rinse before use.

Our canned mushrooms are available to foodservice organizations, food manufacturers, and select retailers.


Marinated Mushrooms

What’s better than a fresh mushroom? Well, nothing really, but our Garlic Marinated Mushrooms come incredibly close! The zesty, timeless flavor of our tried-and-true recipe that we’ve used for decades will have your customers’ taste buds tingling and asking for more.

These marinated mushrooms are perfect for a snack in front of the TV or make an easy, last-minute appetizer that is simply irresistible. Pop open a jar, grab a fork — or some fancy toothpicks, and enjoy!

Our garlic-marinated mushrooms are available with regular or organic mushrooms for consumers, foodservice providers, retailers, and food manufacturers. Also available to foodservice operators and food manufacturers are our zingy Hot Italian Marinated Whole Baby Bellas.

Consumers will find our marinated mushrooms in select Sam’s Club and Costco stores.
