Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of rice, white or brown
- 1 bunch of broccoli, broken/cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 package 13.5 oz Monterey Mushrooms Sizzling Sautés™ Teriyaki Mushroom Kit
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 4 green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Cook 1 cup of white or brown rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Steam broccoli for 5-6 minutes.
- Warm a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil, if desired.
- Add mushrooms to the saucepan. Cook for about 10 minutes, until slightly tender. Remove from heat.
- Add the Teriyaki sauce packet and stir until the mushrooms are evenly coated about 1-2 minutes.
- To assemble, serve each bowl with a scoop of steamed rice and top with broccoli and mushrooms. Garnish with diced green onions and sesame seeds.
