Do you need an easy recipe idea this fall?
This one is a huge crowd pleaser and looks absolutely stunning. The creamy sweet and savory combination keeps you coming back for more.
- 8 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Two Sprigs of Thyme
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Wheel of Brie Cheese
- 2 Fresh Figs (in season from late June through early fall)
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- Simply saute mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, thyme with a pinch of salt. Then top a brie wheel mushrooms and warm slightly in the oven- 350F for 10 min should do the trick! Top that warm melted mushroom/brie wheel with some halved figs and drizzle with local organic honey. Serve with crackers of your choice.
