Description
You can lower the fat content of meatloaf by using turkey in place of ground beef. A sweet, ketchup-based topping adds plenty of flavor. The secret ingredient to this classic recipe is the addition of finely diced mushrooms; they make it more flavorful and further reduce the fat content.
