We infused our favorite gin with dried button mushrooms and the result was amazing! - 2 1/2 ounces London dry gin, infused with dried mushrooms for at least 24 hours
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- Marinated mushroom for garnish
- Fresh lime, twist
- In mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth. Stir well, about 20 seconds, then strain into martini glass. Garnish with marinated mushroom and lime twist
