Mushroom powder is an excellent source of plant-based protein and dietary fiber. For boosted nutrition in meals you eat every day, try adding mushroom powder to smoothies, shakes, soup, broth, sauces, gravy, breakfast cereal or yogurt.

When you are grocery shopping and notice a smoking good deal on mushrooms, stock up and preserve them for later. This simple mushroom powder recipe will add umami and nutritional benefits to whatever you decide to add it to.

There are people out there who don't like the texture of mushrooms (we'll still invite them to our table.) Mushroom powder is a great way to receive the nutritional benefits of mushrooms without needing to "deal" with their texture.

The nutrient-packed profile of mushrooms includes fiber, b-vitamin like riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid, potassium, selenium, copper and ergothioneine. Plus, when specially marked as such, mushrooms contain high levels of vitamin D. You can read more about vitamin D in mushrooms here.
