Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Monterey Mushrooms®, sliced (Whites or Baby Bellas)
Instructions
- Place sliced mushrooms on the dehydrator.
- Dehydrate at 120 °F for 10 - 12 hours or until mushrooms are crispy.
- Put all the mushrooms in a food processor or blender.
- Blend for 1 minute straight or until there are no big chunks. It will be very dusty, so make sure all the openings are covered.
- Allow the powder to settle for 15 minutes.
- Place in an air-tight container and store away from heat and light.
