Ingredients

8 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Two Sprigs of Thyme
Pinch of Salt
1 Wheel of Brie Cheese
2 Fresh Figs (in season from late June through early fall)
1/2 Cup Honey

Instructions

Simply saute mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, thyme with a pinch of salt. Then top a brie wheel mushrooms and warm slightly in the oven- 350F for 10 min should do the trick! Top that warm melted mushroom/brie wheel with some halved figs and drizzle with local organic honey. Serve with crackers of your choice.
